Shipping time & cost varies depending on the location! We want you to get your LPH apparel as soon as possible, yet all products are hand-dyed and candles are hand-poured with care which can be a timely process. Tie-Dye orders take about 7-10 business days before being shipped, and candles take about 2-3 business days to ship. LPH Loungewear (Cambridge Collection, URTH collection) ship in 2-3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location. Canadian orders shipping time is around 2-8 estimated business days with full tracking, and United States orders shipping time is around 3-5 estimated business days with full tracking. Please allow delays due to COVID-19. Holidays and Postal Service delays may also cause shipping to take longer. Please take long weekends into consideration as well. Don't forget to leave your email while placing an order so you can be notified once shipped.
Toronto babes: Use our local pick-up option at check out to avoid shipping times or delays. Please reach out to us via email or instagram DM if your order is a gift and needed to be picked up by a certain date, we will gladly accommodate if time allows. We love chatting with you guys!
Our Tie-Dye items are unisex sizes and therefore have the tendency to have a relaxed/loose fit when staying true to size. To achieve an oversized look, we recommend sizing up one size.
Our LPH Loungewear Sets (Cambridge Collection) are made "slim fit" so please read the size chart before placing your order. Don't hesitate to email us for any sizing questions. We can provide you with sample model photos for better reference.

Keeping your clothes looking great will make you want to reach for them again and again. By caring for them gently, you can prevent color fading, stretching and shrinking, and reduce your own environmental footprint in the process.
It may seem obvious, but just skip the wash when things aren't dirty yet. Hang an item back up and let it air out before rewearing, or consider spot cleaning if needed.
We highly recommend to hand-wash our Tie-Dye items individually with cold water, and a pea-sized amount of soap. Since Lil peace of heaven tie dye is all hand dyed, there is the potential that they will fade over time. Please wash items alone, and color bleeding is normal on first few washes. This is all in the love of hand made items! Also, wash your set together, to prevent color fading from one item, and not the other. When washed together, color will fade slightly, but the top and bottom will stay similar.
Have you ever tumble-dried your clothes and found that they're a bit tight afterward? We have! So when possible, skip the dryer. Air-drying your clothes on a drying rack will again prevent fading and shrinking, in addition to further reducing your energy use and carbon footprint.
LPH Loungewear (Cambridge Collection) should be washed with like-fabrics & colors. Hang dry. Possible pilling due to softness of fabric may occur. Treat them with the most love & care :)

All items are uniquely dyed, and no two items look exactly the same. They should resemble the chosen photo, but will still contain slight differences.
NOTE: To ensure that both items from one set are a match, make sure to order them together. This ensures the best match for colour and pattern. Please note, due to differences in material between sweaters and sweatpants, undertones of item and shades may . This is due to our sweatpants and sweatshirts being sourced from different facilities.
Items may also have some small specs of different color dye, or darker flecks of dye, due to the hand dye process. We try to be as perfect as possible, but human error exists, and most of the time it is out of our control. Our items are not out-sourced or machine-printed, each piece is unique. Every item is dyed by hand by Daniella & Emily. This is completely normal, and all in the love of hand made tie-dye. If we notice that an item is considered "ruined" and unsellable, we remake your item immediately. This may prolong your order time, so please take that into account while waiting for your item.
Sweatpants: As a small business, quality is out top priority, and we try and keep items in stock, in all sizes, for as long as possible. We have recently added sweatpants with pockets to our inventory, and often switch between the two. If you prefer one style over the other, (i.e sweatpants without pockets, or sweatpants with pockets) please specify. Otherwise, we dye the sweatpants we have in stock at the moment, or whichever one we think will dye the best, for the most accurate color match.
To save on shipping, we offer local pickup in Thornhill. At checkout, select "pick up" instead of shipping. We reach out via email and/or instagram if you follow us, to let you know when your order is ready for pick up. Once you get notified that your item is ready for pickup, please notify us of a time and date that works best for you. This is a completely contact-less curb side service. Your order will be outside the front door at the time and date discussed.
When an item is purchased as a "pre-order" item, this means that the item is currently in production and should be shipped out in about 10-14 business days after purchase. If the wait is longer, we will reach out to you ASAP! Don't hesitate to send us a message inquiring about the exact time frame for any "pre-order" items, especially if an order is needed by a specific date.
Core colors/1-tone items are eligible for exchange or store-credit. This excludes holiday launches, sale items, and design your own items. Please reach out to us if you want to verify your item is eligible for an exchange or store-credit. Shipping fees are non refundable. Items in which are created using our Design Your Own section are final sale, since they are made uniquely for you. You have up to 1 hour to cancel your order after purchase if necessary. Please make sure that you've carefully read product description and our sizing chart before making a purchase. Please also note that sale items are final sale.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us before sending your items back so we can confirm the exchange/store credit. We will inspect the item once it reaches our facilities. The item must be unworn, and in its original condition. If item does not pass our quality control, it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase shipping back to them.

We offer store credit if the items are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please be advised that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless item is proven to be damaged or faulty by us. We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local post office immediately for record of non-delivered package(s). We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location. However, we are not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address.
We do! International orders (outside North America) have a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 CAD. However, please note that shipping times may take longer depending on location. For all international orders outside North America, shipping will take 4-75 estimated business days, insurance and tracking included. Out of country duties are the responsibility of the customer.
